As we transition into the Regular Registration period, which runs from February 2 to May 31, 2024, the competition continues to attract diverse entries from the global design community.
The early bird phase saw particularly strong engagement in the Digital Design and Architecture categories, reflecting the growing intersection of technology and spatial design in contemporary practice. Submissions from over 70 countries demonstrate the truly international reach of the awards, with notable increases in participation from emerging design markets in Southeast Asia and Latin America.
The Regular Registration phase introduces new opportunities for designers who are still developing their projects or finalizing their submissions. This phase maintains the competition’s high standards while welcoming participants who require additional time to perfect their entries. The extended submission window ensures that designers can present their work at its best, with full documentation and supporting materials.
During this second registration phase, participants can submit their work across all six categories: Architecture, Product Design, Art, Graphic Design, Digital Design, and Fashion. The judging criteria remain focused on innovation, sustainability, social impact, and excellence in execution, ensuring that winning entries represent the highest standards in contemporary design practice.
Our distinguished jury panel, comprising 20＋ international design leaders, will begin their preliminary review process as submissions arrive. This year’s jury includes new members from emerging design capitals, bringing fresh perspectives to the evaluation process.
